By accessing or using our construction, landscaping, and handyman services, website, or engaging with us in any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Scope of Services
We provide professional construction, landscaping, and handyman services for residential and commercial clients. Our services include but are not limited to:

Construction Services: Home renovations, remodeling, framing, drywall installation, roofing, flooring, and general construction work.

Landscaping Services: Lawn maintenance, hardscaping, irrigation system installation, tree trimming, and outdoor space enhancements.

Handyman Services: Minor repairs, fixture installations, carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs (as permitted by law), painting, and general home maintenance tasks.
All services are subject to availability and may require a written contract outlining the project scope, cost, and timelines.
3. Estimates & Contracts

Any estimate provided is a good-faith approximation and subject to change based on material costs, labor, and unforeseen circumstances.

A written contract or signed agreement is required before commencing any work.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion.
4. Payments & Deposits

A deposit may be required before project commencement.

Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest as outlined in the contract.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be in writing.

Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on project preparation and expenses incurred.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Return & Refund Policy.
6. Liability & Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for a specified period, as outlined in the contract.

We are not liable for damages caused by third parties, natural disasters, or pre-existing conditions at the project site.

Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits unless agreed otherwise.
7. Property Damage & Insurance

We take reasonable precautions to prevent damage but are not liable for unintended damages beyond our control.

Clients must maintain proper insurance for their property during the project duration.

We carry general liability insurance but are not responsible for injuries or damages caused by negligence outside our scope of work.
8. Health & Safety

We adhere to local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Clients must provide a safe working environment and disclose any potential hazards before work begins.
9. Permits & Compliance

The client is responsible for obtaining permits unless otherwise agreed.

All work is performed in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations.
10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services provided will first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration in [Your State].
11. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Sunrise Construction & Landscaping LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from the use of our services.
