RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy
At Sunrise Construction & Landscaping LLC, we strive to provide high-quality construction, landscaping, and handyman services. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund and return policy.
2. Deposits & Cancellations
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Some projects may require a deposit before work begins. Deposits cover planning, materials, and labor scheduling and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the contract.
  • Cancellations by Customer: If a customer cancels a project before work begins, a partial refund may be issued based on work already completed and expenses incurred.
  • Cancellations by Company: If we cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the work completed.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
  • The service provided does not match the agreed-upon contract.
  • There is a workmanship defect that we are unable to fix within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Materials purchased for the project are unused and can be returned to the supplier (restocking fees may apply).
4. No Refunds on Completed Services
Due to the nature of construction, landscaping, and handyman services, we do not offer refunds for completed work unless a defect is found and we are unable to correct it.
5. Corrections & Warranty
  • If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, please notify us within 7 days of project completion.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct any issues within the scope of our warranty policy.
  • Warranty coverage will be outlined in the service contract and applies only to defects in workmanship, not normal wear and tear or customer-caused damages.
6. Material Returns
  • Materials purchased specifically for your project may only be returned if the supplier accepts returns. Any restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • Custom or special-order materials are not eligible for returns or refunds.
7. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method or an agreed-upon alternative.
